An oldie from the mission field, one we watched with investigators way too many times on Video Cassette, and that was largely pulled from circulation once Mel Gibson’s The Passion of the Christ exceeded it for total graphic body horror, and so was replaced by the Church Mission Department with the much more antiseptic Finding Faith in Christ. Nevertheless, I’ve had a nostalgic hankering for The Lamb of God as of late (VHS tracking lines and all!), and Easter seems as apropos a time to revisit it as any.
